The 36th Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO) was held on 30th September 2016 at Anantaya Resort and Spa.

During the AGM, Mr. Devindre Senaratne of Journescapes was reelected as the President of the Association, whilst Mr. Harith Perera of Diethelm, Mr. Nalin Jayasundera and Ms. Gayangi Wirasinha were re- elected as the Vice President, Honorary Secretary and Hony. Treasurer respectively.

In the meantime, Mr. Mahen Kariyawasan of Andrew the Travel Company remains as the Immediate Past President of the SLAITO.

(Pvt) Ltd., Mr. Nishad Wijetunga of Wayfarers Limited, Ms. Nushani Ediriweera of Ceylon Tours Ltd., Mr. Shanitha Fernando of Authenticities (Pvt) Ltd. and Mr. Amith Sumanapala of Hayleys Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd.
