Dialog and Netflix Announce Strategic Partnership for Sri Lanka

Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, announced its partnership with Netflix, the world’s leading internet entertainment service. This partnership will enable all Dialog postpaid mobile customers to simply add their Netflix subscription fee to their monthly mobile bill, offering them unparalleled convenience and security. This direct billing feature eliminates the need for Dialog customers to share any additional payment details such as their credit card or debit card numbers.

Dialog postpaid mobile customers will also be entitled to free 5GB data every month, to watch their favourite Netflix shows and films in high definition. To avail these benefits, and enjoy unlimited, ad-free entertainment on any internet connected mobile phone, laptop, desktop, tablet, or television, Dialog postpaid customers are required to sign-up for or sign in to Netflix using their Dialog Postpaid mobile number.

More than 139 million Netflix paid members in over 190 countries enjoy TV series, documentaries and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages including Hindi, English, Tamil and many more. Viewers in Sri Lanka will also be able to download their favorite shows and films on their phones to continue watching Netflix on-the-go, without an internet connection.
