Elpitiya Plantations PLC celebrated the achievements and contributions of its people and teams at the Xcellence Executive Awards 2026, held on 25 August 2026 at Cinnamon Grand Colombo.

The awards recognised outstanding performance and contributions across the Company’s operations during the 2024/25 and 2025/26 financial years, marking the introduction of the Xcellence Awards as a platform to celebrate excellence across the organisation.

Recognition spanned key areas including performance, innovation, diversification, sustainability and community contribution. A highlight was the Mr. Bhathiya Bulumulla Memorial Award – Champion in Community Development, recognising an estate that has gone the extra mile to care for and uplift its community. Dunsinane Estate received the award.

Talgaswella Estate and New Peacock Estate were honoured with the Star of Elpitiya Award for 2024/25 and 2025/26, respectively. The ceremony also featured several other Special Star Awards recognising outstanding individual and team efforts, reflecting Elpitiya’s continued commitment to celebrating excellence and its people.
