Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is offering travellers from Sri Lanka fantastic savings in its latest Global Sale.

Guests travelling in Business and Economy Class from Colombo can choose from a wide range of destinations across Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East. Tickets are on sale until February 29 and are valid for travel between March 10 and December 12.

Etihad Airways currently operates twice-daily scheduled flights from the capital Colombo to the airline’s Abu Dhabi hub with convenient connections to destinations worldwide.

Flying via Abu Dhabi with connecting flights as short as two hours, guests can take advantage of the special offers to popular international cities including New York, Frankfurt, London, Berlin, Munich, Rome, Paris, Washington and Chicago, and many more.

All-inclusive Economy Class return fares to London start from LKR 77,377; Zurich from LKR 63,498; Frankfurt from LKR 73,462; Rome from LKR 65,113; Milan from LKR 63,122; Paris from LKR 61,816; New York from LKR 87,227 and Chicago from LKR 93,227.

Travellers to the United States have the additional benefit of clearing US Immigration and Customs at the special US Pre-Clearance facilities in Abu Dhabi International Airport during their transit. This ensures that they arrive in the United States as domestic passengers and avoid the need to complete immigration formalities upon arrival.
