The 25th of October 2016 will see Fairway Holdings opening the Sri Lanka’s first ever stand-alone sports complex introduced by a property developer for its home-owners.

The complex, which will be declared open by the “Everest Duo”, Jayanthi Kuru- Utumpala and Johann Peiris, was brought into existence with the sole objective of providing an extra element of value to the owners of apartments built by Fairway Holdings.

The Fairway Sports Complex comprises of a number of fully equipped facilities including courts for basketball, squash, badminton and tennis, an outdoor gym, a rooftop for relaxation and a clubhouse for socializing with family and friends. Quite a few of these facilities are situated outdoors where homeowners can enjoy the ease of open spaces and the soothing fresh air.
