A 14-member delegation from the German Asia Pacific Business Association (OAV) and the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, from areas such as Garments, Mineral Exploration & Real Estate, Foreign Trade, Induction Technology, Transportation, Engineering and Chambers of Commerce together with German Ambassador to Sri Lanka Jörn Rohde called on Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera on 7th October.

They had discussions on business and trade opportunities in Sri Lanka with the Foreign Minister.

This is the second German business delegation to visit Sri Lanka, following the visits of the Foreign Minister and President to Germany in February this year.
