Philip used to live in Sri Lanka and has conducted leadership training in Colombo, Galle, Jaffna, Kandy, Trincomalee, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala and the Maldives. He has worked with global organizations for 37 years in 59 countries helping assess culture’s influence on teamwork, performance, conflict, JVs, leadership, partnership and bottom line success.
