As a presidential election is to be held towards the end of the year 2019, the proposal made by the Minister of Finance to prepare a Vote on Account incorporating the expenditure of the Government needed by the Government for the first 04 months of the year 2020 and to present it in Parliament for approval, by postponing the commencement of the preparation of the annual Budget for the year 2020 to enable the preparation of the Budget for the year 2020 based on the new policies of the Government and the composition of the new Cabinet of Ministers, was approved by the Cabinet.
