Colombo, March 2014: GVR Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, recently hosted cocktails to celebrate the launch of Dynasty Residence at the Earl’s Regent Hotel in Kandy. The launch was held amidst a distinguished gathering including Chief Minister of the Central Province Hon. Sarath Ekanayake, Mayor of Kandy Mahen Ratwatte, Deputy Mayor of Kandy Sena Dissanayake and other well known personalities residing in the hill capital.
Speaking on the occasion Governor of the Central Province Hon. Tikiri Kobbekaduwa noted, “The launch of the new residential apartment project by GVR Lanka (Pvt) Ltd in Kandy will be the beginning of a new dimension towards the development of our city. The well thought out location and plan for this giant development project will no doubt change the concept of the many nature lovers who are contemplating on comfortable, convenient and luxury living within the historic city. This project will be an asset towards the current development plans and also contribute towards His Excellency President Mahinda Rajapakse’s initiatives of the Colombo - Kandy Highway, Airport, Bogambara development plan and the Kandy Nelum Pokuna Theater complex.
Also sharing his views on the project, world-renowned former Sri Lankan national cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan said, “As a proud product of Kandy myself, it is deeply satisfying and indeed exciting for me to see others who hail from this great city invest in its beautification and development. As such, it is with great pride that I wholeheartedly offer my support and best wishes to the project promoters Mr. Mahasen Samaravijaya and Mr. Mohan Chandramohan in this endeavor.”
