~ Valuable cash prizes of up to Rs. 100,000 given to loyal tilers ~ 

Lanka Walltiles PLC and Lanka Tiles PLC, the pioneers of wall and floor tile manufacturing in Sri Lanka, recently celebrated the 1^st anniversary of the Lanka Tiles Tilers Club. The grand event was held at the Nelum Pokuna in Colombo where over 1500 tilers were fêted for their loyalty to the company.

The Lanka Tiles Tilers’ Club was formed in September 2014 with an initial membership of 800 tilers from all parts of Sri Lanka; it was the first club exclusively for tile layers. At the inauguration ceremony, the tilers were each presented with an NFC enabled card and were promised valuable cash rewards if they remained members of the club.

At the 1^st anniversary celebration, 20 tilers were presented with a cash bonus of Rs. 100,000 while 47 tilers were presented with a cash bonus of Rs. 25,000 for accumulating a sufficient number of points.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Mahendra Jayasekera, the Managing Director of Lanka Walltiles PLC and Lanka Tiles PLC said, “Today we appreciate and reward our loyal tilers for their valuable support and dedication to our company. We thank them for the integral role they have played in growing our business and hope to continue our fruitful partnership with them in the years to come.”
