Lankem Paints Ltd, manufacturers, marketers and owners of the international flagship brand ‘Robbialac’ recently treated its loyal dealers to all-expenses paid trips abroad. 

Over two hundred top performing Lankem Robbialac dealers enjoyed the different sights and sounds and experiences of Austria, Hungary, China and Indonesia over three to four nights in Lankem’s annual dealer appreciation programme.

“It was a great pleasure and joy to visit Vienna and Budapest, two of the most beautiful cities in Europe with a history going back to the 09^th century. We learnt that it attracts more than four million tourists a year and that modern Budapest is considered a financial hub in Central Europe while the kingdom of Vienna ruled most of central Europe in the Middle Ages until the 1^st World War. To most of us, this was a dream come true thanks be to Lankem. Rewards of this nature show that Lankem appreciates us and the work we do in popularising Robbialac paints all over the country”, said Dilum Harischandra of Sevini Paints in Armour Street, Colombo 15.

“The Great Wall of China was something we first learnt about in school as children as part of the regular history lesson. Seeing it for real and walking along it was a great experience. This is the eighth consecutive year where Lankem Robbialac dealers have been rewarded with foreign tours for achieving the set targets during the year. Other destinations during the past years have also included Dubai, Athens, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangkok, the Philippines and Vietnam.

This year for the first time Lankem Robialac recognised the Best Three Dealers across the country in three dealer segments. They were Dilum Harischandra of Sevini Paints (Premier Category), Mr. H.B.R. Dissanayake of DJH Banda and Sons (Prestige Category) and Mr. D.X. Swaines of Kathishan Hardware (Privilege Category).
