C M holdings said In a stock exchange filing that it has entered in to an agreement on 2 august 2019, for the sale of Rs.42 million ordinary shares of KIA motors ( Lanka ) Limited for a consideration of Rs.714 million to Mahendra Thambiah.

Accordingly, Mahendra Thambiah, Managing Director of KIA motors (Lanka) Limited will acquire 70% of the equity holding of the company.
