The ‘ONE’ fuel card is a direct replacement for the manual fuel books and receipts, and comes with a unique transaction administration platform which allows corporate customers to view all the fuel transactions and settlement information in real-time.  The inherent features of NFC technology permits transactions to take place in a secure, fast and efficient manner to bring greater control and convenience for card users and administrators.

The system is guaranteed to be transparent and effective as it allows monitoring fuel quotas of individuals and corporates alike with the facility to view every transaction online with detailed information such as date, time, location, vehicle number, quantity and the type of fuel pumped from each transaction. The system would efficiently contribute towards preventing malpractices which may occur through a traditional chit-based fuel management system. Visibility and transparency on fuel administration would mean that business owners and fleet managers could monitor and control fuel expenses more closely.
