Expressing his views on the landmark win, Singer Sri Lanka Group CEO Asoka Pieris stated, “Winning this award for the 10th consecutive year has been one of the proudest moments for everyone at Singer. Sri Lankans all over the country have chosen Singer as the most outstanding brand across all categories of products and services simply due to the fact that, SINGER has become the closest to their hearts.

In fact, this award is a recognition of the way we treat our valued customers and what the brand Singer means to them. It also highlights the solid relationship we have built with the general public through our continuous engagement in social service programmes including our sponsorships and active participation in uplifting sports, education and health sectors in the country through various occasions and events.” He concluded by adding that winning “Youth Brand of the Year” shows that although Singer is a company with a long-standing history, it has also won the hearts of today’s youth by successfully connecting with them through innovative products and services offered, including computers, smart phones and not forgetting many sponsorships.
