SLICCA hosted the annual graduation ceremony, along with the 4th edition of Asia cake Oscar and 10th edition of Sri Lanka cake awards on the 17th of May 2026 at Ramadha Hotel in Colombo. Chef Nalinda Abayarayne graced as the chief guest along with other dignitaries to the event. 140 students graduated in various courses while 51 Oscar artists from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Maldives artists were among them.
SL institute of Confectionery and Culinary Artists is a well-recognized institution providing professional Diplomas to Masters in cakes and hospitality management with international recognition, with UGC and WES approval certification.They are the pioneers in one day classes and online culinary education in Sri Lanka. Further SLICCA is the only institution in Sri Lanka to qualify as certified French pastry chef. Artists across the country was awarded prestigious title at the 10th edition of Sri Lanka cake award. Chairman Deshamaniya Dr. Fathima Rushda extends her congratulations to all students and awards winners for their achievements.
