Softlogic Holdings PLC in a disclosure to Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) said that its fully owned subsidiary Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd completed the process of execution of Master Franchise Agreement with Délifrance S.A. based in France on 2nd May 2018 to develop, open and operate Délifrance Outlets in Sri Lanka.

Délifrance is a bakery company that serves "French style" bakery products in over 50 countries on five continents. It has been in operation for more than 30 years. The parent company of Délifrance is Grands Moulins de Paris, which is a major French milling company and supplies 100% of the flour used in Délifrance's products.

The disclosure said that the move will strengthen Softlogic Restaurants business which already owns and operate Burger King and Baskin Robbins master franchise business in Sri Lanka.
