A ceremony was held at the Sri Lanka Insurance on January 29 to felicitate the Division I cricket team members who clinched the Championship at the Division I Nationalized Services Cricket Tournament 2016 by beating the National Savings Bank team by 16 runs at the Finals held on January 19 at the NCSA Grounds, Ratmalana.

The champion team comprises Sachindra Rupasinghe (Captain), Chandima Perera, Sithum Wijerathna, P.D.C. Mahesh, Nuwan Jayawardena, Nirmala Lasith, S.K.M. Nishantha, Milan Dissanayake, Nalin Lankeshwaragedara, K.S.W. Rangapriya, Thisara Godahewa, Sumith Chandana, C. Ariyawansha, Madushika Jayalath and H.L. Sugath (official). Here they are receiving certificates of appreciation from Chairman Hemaka Amarasuriya while Director Nilu Wijedasa (L) and Executive Director Keerthi Kotagama look on.
