Nestle Lanka PLC’s current Chairman Etienne Benet has relocated to Nestle Group head office in Switzerland and has resigned from the Board of Directors of Nestle Lanka PLC.

Suresh Narayanan has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and as Chairman to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Benet’s resignation. These changes are effective from today (16 October).
