14 Gold, 10 Silver and 8 Bronze Accolades 

The Emagewise portfolio of clients performed exceptionally well at the 50^th Annual Report Awards, claiming 14 gold awards, including the coveted Gold Award for overall excellence in Annual Financial Reporting for John Keells Holdinsg PLC and the Overall Bronze for Sampath Bank PLC. The awards, organised by CA Sri Lanka at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre, saw Emagewise clients also walk away with 10 Silver Awards, 8 Bronze awards and 15 certificates of compliance.

John Keells Holdings PLC, an Emagewise client for over 10 consecutive years, claimed the Cyril Gardiner Memorial Trophy - the night’s top award - as well as the Gold Awards for Management Commentary and for Diversified Holdings Companies (above 5 subsidiaries) and a Silver Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting. Among the Emagewise-produced reports to win Gold Awards in their respective sectors were Association of Accounting Technicians, Laugfs Gas PLC, Ceylon Cold Stores PLC, HNB Assurance PLC, Aitken Spence Hotel Holdings PLC, United Motors Lanka PLC, Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, Sampath Bank PLC, and Diesel and Motor Engineering PLC.

The strong performances extended to the specialised awards – with Diesel and Motor Engineering PLC claiming the Gold Award for Integrated Reporting, Hatton National Bank PLC winning Gold for Corporate Governance Disclosure and Bronze for Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting, while HNB Assurance PLC won Silver for Corporate Governance Disclosure and Union Assurance PLC was recognised with Bronze Awards for Corporate Governance Disclosure and Management Commentary.
