Virtusa received this recognition at a gala event during which Great Place to Work® Institute felicitated the country’s ‘Top 20 Best Companies to Work for’.

Based on a comprehensive study done by the Great Place to Work Institute – Sri Lanka, this is the third annual listing of the ‘Best Companies to Work for’ in the country. The study, covering over 12,000 employees from over 60 companies, identified a number of key practices unique to the companies identified as ‘best workplaces’.  Firms were measured by the quality of employee experience by an international Trust Index and Culture Audit. The Trust Index measures and benchmarks employee experience of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, whilst the Culture Audit assesses and benchmarks people practices such as hiring, inspiring, speaking, listening, thanking, developing, caring, celebrating and sharing.
