Virtusa Wins Accolade for Employee Engagement Practices at National HR Conference 2014

Virtusa received this award, one of the only three special category awards handed out at the event, for exceptional contribution towards driving organizational performance though positive engagement. 

Accepting the award, Chandi Dharmaratne, director – HR at Virtusa said, “It’s an honor to receive this award from IPM in recognition of our employee engagement initiatives.
