Mass Media and Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera presented the Budget proposals for the financial year 2018 last Thursday (9th Nov.).

The proposals were debated for six days since then on daily basis except on Sunday from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm.

The Committee Stage debate on the Budget proposals would commence tomorrow (17th Nov.) and it is scheduled to continue until 9th December.
