The Minister of Finance Mangala Samaraweera is in deep conversation with the Treasury Secretary Dr. R.H.S. Samaratunga to make the final touches to the Budget -2019 at the Minister’s “Rainbow End” private residence at Gorakana- Panadura Sunday.

Minister Mangala Samaraweera will commence the Budget Speech at 1.30 pm on Tuesday in the Parliament.
